Alex Laurence is an attorney at Laurence Legal with a license to practice law in Florida. Before joining the local South Florida firm, Ms. Laurence earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami after graduating cum laude at the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science.

With an extensive understanding of Florida's unique real estate landscape, Ms. Laurence focuses her legal practice on Florida Real Estate Law, passionately representing the best interests of her clients inside and outside of the courtroom. Additional areas of law and professional experience while working at Laurence Legal include but are not limited to:

• Leasing: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating in accordance with Florida laws and regulations.
• Evictions and Unlawful Detainers
• Dispute Resolution and Litigation
• Civil Theft 

Before joining Laurence Legal, Ms. Laurence worked as an assistant attorney for a pro bono program that provided legal counsel and assistance to children and young adults in the Child Welfare System. During her time, she assisted her clients in many legal practice areas including dependency, immigration, social security, and other civil legal matters.
