David L. Laurence is a 1989 graduate of the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. His legal career involved the representation of a large portfolio of shopping centers and high rise office buildings throughout the State of Florida, primarily in litigation-related matters.

David comes from a strong real estate background. His relatives were home builders and land developers in Miami,  having built the communities of Palm Springs North and Harbor Club Villas in Miami Shores in the 1960's and 1970's, and were also pioneers as one of the first developers to break ground in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Today, David and his family continue to own commercial and industrial properties throughout South Florida. 

Due to his real estate experience, David naturally progressed into real estate law, primarily landlord/tenant litigation. David is a seasoned trial practice attorney of over thirty years and has tried hundreds of cases. David continues his commitment to his practice with diligence, professionalism, and loyalty.
